I've forgotten how to have fun with art.
We're still in our little rental here in Eugene - art supplies still in storage. Although I bought a couple of brushes and a few watercolors, I've had a hard time focusing on painting because I don't have a "studio" where I can do batiks.
Then I remembered WHERE I started painting and where many people still paint - at the kitchen table! Maybe there's not enough room for doing batiks, but there's plenty of space for having fun.
I'll get reacquainted with batiks when we find our house.
In the meantime, onto Leslie Saeta's 30 Paintings in 30 Days challenge to channel some of that seven year old's creativity with some happy watercolor paint.
