30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge - #1

Winter Morning - Watercolor with Pastel - 12X9

We had a chilly morning here in the Pacific Northwest.  After a long walk with the dog of boundless energy, it was nice to come home to a hot cup of coffee and some friendly watercolor paint.

Great you are doing the challenge. I have missed your posts. it has been way too long.
Even though I have a studio I still do my watercolors at the kitchen table... so go for it.

    1. Thanks, Laurie. Wish you were here, too. And bring your sweet Wade with you so he can pal around with our Cobie. We can walk up the hill and down the hill - up the hill and down the hill...

  6. That's great, Chriss!!
You don't need a studio to do art!
And a probably stupid question: Are you doing/running this challenge?

    1. Thanks, Beo. Yes, I'm doing the challenge, but no, I am not running it. The challenge is hosted by artist Leslie Saeta (lesliesaeta.com). Still time for you to sign up (30 paintings in 30 days / not a painting a day. You can do two paintings in one day). If not, she will run the challenge again in June and in September.
